Fixing Method

Install main runners @ 1200mm centre, spliced to form continuous members, supported at max 1200mm centre (last hanger max 450mm from adjacent wall) by 2mm pre-straightened galvanised wire hangers, fixed to structural soffit with std brackets and approved mechanical fixings. Flush fitting 1200mm long cross tees interlocked between main runners at 600mm centres and additional 600mm long flush fitting cross tees to form 600mm x 600mm / 1200mm x 600mm modules. All fully in accordance with manufacturers instructions. Perimeter trims White painted L Trim fixed at max 450mm centres to ex 50mm x 25mm planed SW shadow battens.

Service Fittings

Recessed light fitting generally modular inserted into standard grid. Provide suitable non-combustable patresses supported on grid behind tiles to support smoke detectors, surface lights, down lights etc.
