Gate Gourmet prepare airline food for the world's major airlines. To ensure the food is as fresh, they prepare it on-site within the UK's largest airports.
The Hygienik team created large foodsafe areas within existing buildings at Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester Airports.
Over 3,000 square metres of hygienic wall cladding was used to create new partition walls and ceilings. Personnel and access doors were added as required.
At Heathrow ducting was installed at the same time as the ceilings by M&E contractors. The Manchester photos show a screeded floor before safety flooring was added to create a foodsafe environment.
