Drawing on over 30 years' experience we designed and specified a cladding solution that minimised the number of panels and joints. This optimises hygiene levels in the production area and reduced the installation time.
Hygienik Director, Matt Papworth, came up with the idea of using specially-manufactured 4.5m high cladding sheets while on site. These were sourced from a leading UK cladding manufacturer and a bespoke run of 200 4.5m sheets was ordered for the installation.
Panels were cut to size on site to ensure that the gable ends were fully cladded. The cladding was also fitted around doors, roof supports, pipes and cables as required during the installation.
Over 2,200 square metres of cladding was expertly fitted direct to the existing walls during the 4-week project. To see more photos of the installation see the Carbon Fibre Plant pdf under PROJECTS in the Downloads section of our site.
